Dr. Pradeepta Ku. Dash, the current Principal of Biju Pattnaik Degree College, is a passionate educator and seasoned academician with over “14” years of experience in higher education. With M.A. (POL–SC.)M.PHIL., LLB, Ph.D. and a background in educational leadership, she took over the role in 2009. Since then, she has introduced modern teaching methods, promoted digital learning platforms, and enhanced student engagement. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that education should empower students to become thoughtful, responsible citizens.
